1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all products, services, digital content, and programs offered by Wealth and Legacy Unlimited, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide:
Online coaching (1:1 and group)Digital and downloadable coursesMembership programsDocument preparation supportAffiliate opportunities (separate agreement required)
We may offer free trials, introductory services, or special promotions which are subject to these Terms.
Some services are subscription-based or auto-renew unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. Access to Digital Products & Memberships
Courses are hosted via GoHighLevel and Skool. Course access is either lifetime or limited per offer terms. Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time by the user. Memberships are not eligible for prorated or partial refunds. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. 4. Refund Policy
You may ask for a refund at any time for an order that is incomplete. An incomplete order is one that has never been unblocked. Once unblocked, by us or any other entity, it will be considered a complete job and no longer eligible for a refund. We have a no refund policy on tradelines.
Digital products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, as outlined at: https://wealthandlegacyunlimited.com/refundpolicy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Refunds are extended for other services as outlined in the service agreement.
5. Coaching & Appointments
Coaching is delivered by phone or Zoom. All clients must sign a coaching agreement electronically (via e-signature or button click) before services begin. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $35 rescheduling fee.
6. No Legal or Financial Advice
Wealth and Legacy Unlimited, LLC is not a law firm or financial advisory service. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
All content and guidance provided are for educational and informational purposes only. You are responsible for consulting your own legal or financial advisors before making decisions.
7. Results Disclaimer
Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes may vary and are influenced by your personal circumstances, the accuracy of the information you provide, and your level of participation and effort. By using our services, you acknowledge that success is not promised or guaranteed.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering or applying for any services
Refrain from sharing your account or login access with others
Use our services lawfully and ethically
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided in our programs and platforms (videos, PDFs, text, logos, branding, etc.) is the intellectual property of Wealth and Legacy Unlimited, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or redistributed without express written permission.
10. Payment Processing
We do not store or process credit card details. All payments are securely handled by third-party providers, including Authorize.net and Electronic Merchant Systems.
11. Affiliate Program
We run a separate affiliate program. All affiliates must agree to our Affiliate Agreement and abide by the policies contained within it. Affiliates are not employees or partners of the Company.
12. Dispute Resolution
You agree to mediate any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services. All claims will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
No lawsuits, class actions, or jury trials will be permitted.
13. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
