How do I submit payment for tradelines?

Do your lines post to all 3 Bureaus?

Most of our lines post to all 3 bureaus. We do guarantee that lines will report to at least 2 of the bureaus.

Some lines that require a soft pull may have challenges posting to Equifax.

The lines that we have noticed are: Ally, Amazon, Chase, Comenity Fidelity, GE Capital, GM, Marvel, Merrick, Synchrony, US Bank, Wells Fargo, WFB, and Zions Bank. If Equifax posting is important to you, it is advised that you do not order any of those lines.

How soon do your tradelines post and how long do they stay posted?

Tradelines post within 7 to 14 business days of the statement date. Depending on the lines you select – our tradelines and tradeline packages report to the credit bureau for a period of two months.

What is a soft pull and why is it necessary on some lines?

A soft pull as it relates to posting authorized user tradelines, requires that the address that is associated with the credit card (tradeline) be added to the credit profile in order to get the information to merge and allow for he account to appear on credit.

It is necessary either because of creditor or line holder requirements for compliance and safety.

What do I do if my tradelines do not post?

If your tradelines do not post within 7-14 days of the listed statement date please contact us ASAP to report the non-post.

We do GUARANTEE our tradelines post so your line will be promptly replaced as soon as we are notified.

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds for any digital products.

We do not provide refunds on tradeline purchases- however we do 100% guarantee the posting of our lines.

Proof of non-posting (a 3-bureau credit report) must be provided no earlier than 1 week after the statement date and the issue must be resolved no later than 4 weeks after the statement date.

For tradelines that do not require “Soft pull” to post: If the tradeline posted to one bureau or no bureaus at all, a full replacement line will be provided.

If it posted to two bureaus or to all three, no replacement or credit will be provided.

For tradelines that require a “Soft pull” to post, it is the clients responsibility to contact us to make sure that they have the special address of the line to be added and have followed that process to do a soft pull within 7-14 days of the statement date. If the tradeline posts to at least 2 of the credit bureaus, no replacement credit will be provided.
