7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund window for all eligible digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
To Qualify for a Refund:
Submit your request to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase.Provide evidence that you made a reasonable attempt to engage with or apply the digital product (e.g., completed worksheet, viewed training, sent template, etc.).
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:
You request a refund after 7 days have passed
You downloaded the product but did not use or engage with it
You request a refund without any usage proof
You file a chargeback without first contacting us
We reserve the right to deny any refund that does not meet these conditions. All decisions are final.
